This is a picture I did for my moms birthday. She was eyeing one similar in a catalog, so I did one of similar taste, but with my own feel, spice and touches. 
Done with H4, B2 and dollar store colored pencils on paper, then scanned into photoshop adding some filters and textures to the mix.

Though I wasn't going for straight out realism, more of like an aged Asian scroll type feel.
